1. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund period for eligible digital products and programs, beginning from the date of purchase. To request a refund within this period, you must contact us in writing at info@thisisyourdream.com. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy in full.

2. Payment Plans

If you elect to purchase a product or program via a payment plan, you are legally bound to complete all scheduled payments. If your payment method fails or payments are missed, we reserve the right to revoke your access to all course content, platforms, and associated communities immediately and without notice. No refunds will be given for payments already made or for loss of access due to non-payment.

3. Program Access and Duration

Unless otherwise specified at the point of sale, access to digital programs or memberships is provided either for a fixed term (e.g., 12 months), lifetime access, or on a rolling subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify or restrict access in cases of breach of our Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, or misuse.

4. Binding Agreement

By purchasing any digital product, course, membership, or program through our sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase in full, in addition to the general Terms of Website Use and Acceptable Use Policy. These Terms will be made available at the point of sale and delivered to you electronically as part of your purchase confirmation.
